Tutor and other three mox are the official cards, and you can request any card in here.

I've been using your core wad (the one with all the cards in it and functions) to build decks and it seems every time I use one of your cards the image is replace with black and white noise...Is there a way to fix this without downloading all the individual decks? All I need is the cards D:.

There is no image in core wad, images are in other wads, and only those decks used.

It's when I'm playing against it under the AIs control that it's a problem. Or if I were to play against friends that have the mod (which I never do, but others might).

Yeah I was playing that last night against Edge of Madness and forgot that it had Kozilek and Ulamog. :( I milled him like 5 times only for one of them to recycle the graveyard and finally lost by milling myself out of cards. lol
