RTR Deck Request w/new Kwords (Unleashed, Populate, etc...)

Hello, i'm new to these forums, so I'm terribly sorry if this is not posted in the correct thread.

I was disappointed when I found out that the RTR DLC for 2013 did not actually utilize the new mechanics. I was curious if someone took the time to create RTR theme decks for the first five guilds that are on par (not overpowered) with the existing decks already present in DoP.

I saw that many packages had been released for the new RTR cards.But I have not been able to find any actual decks. Soooooo... if none do exist... would any be able to spare the time to create guild mechanic focused decks?
