Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I use alot of decks off the site and I thank all modders for them, excellent job all!

I have been thinking about how to make my own deck in game and it hit me, how about a deck with all cards in the game in 1 deck. Then we would be able to pick and choose what cards we wanted to build our own decks.

1. Enable all cards availible in the game cache to include all mod added ones on 1 deck.

2. Probably make a couple blank deck slots so you can save multiple decks.

3. Not sure how to work the mana card issue seeing how they are set numbered per deck, maybe make multiple blank decks with different mana sets or perhaps make mana a choosable card to add and remove what you need, like 20ish of each.

4. build, expirement, destroy, loss, have fun!

Seems like an awsome idea and a way to build your own how ever I have read topics about building and modding decks and whats involved and I got nothing and was hoping to spark the intrest of a modder out there.

Not possible as the way the deck stores cards for each deck means there is a maximum of 127 cards per deck (including unlocks and promos, not including basic land). No card id can be above 127 and work properly in any deck (8th bit is used as a storage bit to determine if a card is in the deck or not).

Any blank decks would be filled with all land (60 land cards) because the game auto-fills any unused space in the deck with land.

Additional problem here is that only 18 decks can be saved and the user currently has no control over which decks are saved so if the "blank" deck is not one of the 18 then whenever you start the game you would have to re-build that deck.

Basic land is auto-added by the game to fill any unused space in the deck to 60 cards, but the game chooses what mana to add by what cards are in the deck so a blue deck gets islands, green gets forests, white/red gets plains and mountains, etc.... Due to this for the most part mana configuration of a deck is not really an issue, though if they were added as cards to add/remove at 20ish per type then you would waste 100 of a maximum of 127 cards on land and would only be able to have 27 other cards (of which to make a working deck you would probably need all of).
