It's possible to dowload the latest DLC fro SVN?
If so how can i do for?

I assume you are talking about the DotP 2013 Community DLC in which case the easiest method will be to download it using a SVN client.

As each client is different I won't be able to offer specific help for whichever client you choose.

The SVN is present here:

This is where you will direct your SVN client to:
http://dotp2013mod.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/

If it asks for a user name then use this one:
dotp2013mod-read-only

If you were talking about the official DLCs then I'm sorry I can't help you.
