Request card: Gaddock Teeg and Kinght of the Reliquary

There are only these two cards to complete the deck Maverick

Kinght of the reliquary and Gaddock Teeg

If someone could also make Gideon's Avenger and Invoker Dawglare I am very grateful, 4 For these four letters are taking me to sleep when I got back two weeks to edit!

I tried using the programming DOTP 2012 but some parameters flee from my understanding and some letters are only half of their functions such as:

Knight of the reliquary

I can inflate their power based on land cards in the cemetery but can not make the second ability of sacrificing ground and look at another library!
