Molten Hydra

Molten Hydra should - technically - have an ability to tap when it has no counters to deal 0 damage to target. Would be useful, for example, if you want to tap it in reaction to Control Magic effect or if you want to kill an Illusion. Similarly for other cards with "Remove all counters" cost.
