Collectible Card Game Headquarters

With 1 Urza's Mine, 1 Urza's Powerplant, and 2 Urza's Tower on the battlefield, tapping each of them only adds 1 colorless mana each to my mana pool.

Game log is attached, see turn 7/8

I've tested Urza's lands alone (one of each) and for me they works OK.

Maybe it can be an interaction with another card. Any clue?

I can't reproduce the fault, I have tested
Scenario 1
2 x Urza's Power Plant
1 x Urza's Tower
= 3 Mana
Scenario 2
2 x Urza's Power Plant
1 x Urza's Tower
On the battlefield
Then playing
1 x Urza's Mine
Tapping them for mana worked correctly giving 10 mana in total

I looked up all the cards in gatherer that were in play and none seemed to have any interactions that affected mana.

try adding Blood Moon or Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth. And then removing them.

Isochron was fixing Magus of the moon. So probably this two cases would be fixed too.

The fault is intermittent. I've only noticed it when using the attached deck (and it's prior revisions), in other decks I've created the correct amount of mana is added. This has occurred regardless of what's on my or the computer's battlefield

Cards common to all revisions of this deck include: Angelic Skirmisher, Avacyn, Angel of Hope, BLinding Angel, Guardian of the Gateless, Iona, Shield of Emeria, Linvala, Keeper of Silence, Platinum Angel, Reya Dawnbringer.
