Nivmagus Elemental Issues

- If you cast the Pact and you exile it with Nivmagus Elemental, you need to pay 2B on your upkeep or you lose the game
- If you cast Thoughseize adn you exile it, you lose 2 life anyway.
- If you cast Thoughseize adn you exile it, you lose 2 life anyway.
