Reported: River of Tears produces black mana during your own upkeep.

After test:
Here the problem is that the coded CanPlay is not correct.
Current code just checks if a land is played or not in the Main phase. So during the other phases the land produces black mana.
We need a way to check during all turn if a land is played or not.
