Both triggers went on the stack after combat damage, so the Jitte wasn't triggering again after other creatures died -- it was triggering once for each creature it dealt damage to.
The bug is that the card says "Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage," but it's implemented in BotArena as if it says "Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a creature," (or player, or planeswalker).
"Whenever X deals combat damage" triggers should only trigger once for a given combat damage step. It's just like the difference between "whenever X becomes blocked" and "whenever X becomes blocked by a creature."
There aren't that many cards with that trigger -- Drinker of Sorrow is the only implemented one that isn't a "you gain that much life" ability.
(EDIT:) Testing the Drinker shows that it also suffers from this bug, so it can't be used to fix the Jitte. They both need to be fixed.
