Punishing fires

Multiple Punishing Fires triggers at once can cause the usual hangs I see like pacts and ichorids.
Once when it was a player that had the problem I could break out of not being able to do anything by adding all actions and tapping a land and then it let me pay the cost.
This second behaviour may explain the weird ai taps a land in players upkeep when they have a trigger for no reason effect that is seen sometimes.
Again not an easy one to track or solve as it isn't very consistent.
EDIT: It must be retested, because could be fixed by other bug fix.
