Finest Hour problems

This game highlights several problems with Finest Hour:

Computer turn 7: Computer attacks with Rafiq. Apart from Rafiq's two abilities, my Finest Hour triggers as well.

Computer turn 8: The same, except I now have two Finest Hours out so I get to stack the triggers

My turn 8: I attack with 2 Finest Hours. The result is not pretty.

First of all, I'm not sure which trigger actually untaps the creature... sometimes it seems to me that it's untapped simultaneously with getting the bonus.

Second, the two Finest Hours only created one additional combat phase, not two.

Third, in the second combat phase, both abilities of both Finest Hours trigger, but the "extra combat phase" one has an intervening clause and shouldn't trigger at all when it's not the first combat phase. At this time, my creature got +2/+2 but didn't untap.
