Banshee's Blade

Banshee's Blade doesn't add +1/+1 for each counter added to the artifact (seems to only add the +1/+1 from the first counter), however when it is unequipped (for example equipped to another creature) it removes +1/+1 equal to the counters currently on Banshee's Blade resulting in creatures with less toughness than counters on Bansheess Blade dies when having this card unequipped.
