Journey to Nowhere and other similar cards

This kind of cards would reset its ID every time that you cast it/put onto the battlefield.
The problem is that I can remove a creature with it, and with this ability on the stack I can sac/bounce the journey. So the creature will be removed forever. However, if i recast the same journey and sac/bounce it again in response, the leaving ability triggers and brings back the first creature removed
I think that a possible solution is do a check when the creature/card will be flagged and only do that if the journey is on the battelfield, similar to a trigger contex but only for flag targeting.
The real solution is on the engine and we need re-assign a new card ID every time that a card leave the battlefield. This would fix the planeswalker bug too.
I didn't check, but this bug would be affect Oblivion Ring and other permanents, which remove other cards.
