Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Just noticed this actually works correctly unlike any other draw card.

Is this template usable for other card draw so they work with dredge?

Just to be clear the bug where you have to discard before you draw with things like bazaar carefull study etc when dredging is fine with breakthrough oddly.

Not sure why i never noticed this before. Hope i wasn't imagining it.
