Buyback works at random

I've found and was reported on slightlymagic forum taht sometimes buyback spells doesn't come back to the hand when buyback cost was paid.

I tried to reproduce it and the spell works on test game [image]

I found it with shattering pulse and on slighytlymagic with Spell Burst and Capsize
