Stoic Angel and Smoke untap lands

Stoic Angel and Smoke cards have a side effect at the beginning phase just before untap phase. They untap all lands of the active player, including ones that are restricted to no untap, like Pinecrest Ridge or any land restricted with Ajani Vengeant's first ability.
After this effect resolves, actual ability of choosing a creature to untap is behaving and resolving normal.
Stoic Angel
Color= Multi Type= Creature - Angel Cost= 1GWU SA(R)
Text (SA): 3/4, Flying, Vigilance. ; Players can't untap more than one creature during their untap steps.
Smoke
Color= Red Type= Enchantment Cost= RR A(R)/B(R)/U(R)/R(R)/4(R)/5(R)

Ajani Vengeant
Color= Multi Type= Planeswalker - Ajani Cost= 2RW SA(M)
Text (SA): Loyalty 3. ; <+1>: Target permanent doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step. ; <-2>: ~this~ deals 3 damage to target creature or player and you gain 3 life. ; <-7>: Destroy all lands target player controls.
Pinecrest Ridge
Color= Land Type= Land Cost= None CK(U)
