Toughness check after Engineered Plague effect

Depending on the order of play Engineered Plague effect causes kills regardless of other plus pump continuous global effects.

Example:
1. Glorious Anthem cast first.
2. Engineered Plague(bird type selected) cast second.
3. Suntail Hawk cast third.

Suntail Hawk goes to graveyard immediately. It should stay in play with (1/1) because Engineered Plague and Glorious Anthem cumulative effect on Toughness is 0, not -1.

If Glorious Anthem is cast after Engineered Plague then Suntail Hawk lives as 1/1 as it should.

Other global continuous negative pump effects might exhibit same behaviour, I have only tested Engineered Plague.

This does affect other global continuous negative pump effects. I tested it with Crovax, Ascendant Hero, and the same thing happened.
