Name a card list of action is full of replicates

Cards like Pithing Needle and Runed Halo that name a card upon ETB build a list of cards to choose from. The list contains all cards from each deck for each instance of the cards.
In addition to cosmetic annoyance, this list might make AI decision tree bigger unnecessarily.
