Poison counters shown on board

With poison counters implemented, it would be nice to see a number on the game board to easily keep track of them.

Because poison doesn't come up in every game, it should only appear once a player has a poison counter. I think below the life total (or above it for the computer) could be a good place. Maybe right next to where the library count appears if that's turned on.

It should probably have some sort of symbol associated with it, maybe like the official Poison Counter cards:

And maybe making the number green would be thematically appropriate.
