Top card of library shown on board

With Oracle of Mul Daya implemented, and possibly more cards like that to come, having the top card of the library shown somewhere would make it easier to play without the Actions box open.
I don't know where to put it, but I have an idea that would use an existing interface item: the library card count.
If the top card of a player's library is revealed, perhaps we could see it in the preview box by moving the cursor over the library card count symbol. And if it's playable, maybe double-clicking that symbol could play the card.
It's not a perfect solution, but it doesn't require any new interface elements.
