bugs report for witch engine

[Nagarl]

Witch Engine(US) has two ability what are swampwalk and add mana ability.
The Witch Engine's second ability about add mana when changed by oracle for october 2007.
So It's become a not mana ability and process on the stack as other ability as.
It have to need the add a process about targeting the oppornent player.
Please repair the program about forge.
