[FIXED] Desacration Demon

For AI:
- AI can tap it without sac a creature.
For player:
- If I don't control creatures, I can't tap the demon. (You don't get options in action window)
- If I control a creature, I can tap the demon without sac a creature. Also, If I sac a creature, the demon is tapped.
