[CLOSED] Can't get "Zedruu the Greathearted" to work

Hi there,

how can I get the activated ability of "Zedruu the Greathearted" to work? When I tap the Mana(RWU)there is no option to give the opponent control of one of my permanents (I have checked the "All Actions" box). Is this a card bug? Or how does it work?

Sorry but I was away for few days, so I couldn't answers you before. I've tested Zedruu and it works nice for me. Maybe we broke it and fixed it again as side effect of other changes during last release and current revision.
Here is the last revision compiled. Try it and if you found it again bugged, tell me.
