Cards not showing up ingame

Hello everybody,
I recently installed the the game again and tried to install the mod files into the game. I think i followed the instructions closely but since i not everything is working as it's supposed to, i clearly missed something.
Anyway let me get straight to the problem first. I created two decks. One deck was made from the cards that were already inside the game and i broke all the rules of the specific number of rares that you can have in the game and added some other cards that were inside the D14 core wad. That deck worked perfectly and i had no problems with it. The next deck i created from cards which some were from D14 wad. and the rest from Community wad. I did everything exactly the same when it comes to exporting the deck as i did with the previous one but once i started a game with the deck i noticed that only the cards from the D14 wad were showing up and the basic lands, the community cards were all missing and the deck only contained 25 cards inside the game.

To give further information of what i already Installed:
*I have installed "Community wad sync" i gave it the roots that it was requesting.
*I downloaded Community wad. art and core and put it into game dir.
*RSN's ObjectDC Functions
*RSN's Core Fixes
*RSN's Characteristics Mod
*RSN's Manual Mana Functions
* and Riiak's DoTP deck builder with which i imported/exported decks into the game.
I downloaded the RSN files after the problem occurred and tried the deck again in the game afterwards, the problem was still present.

Sorry if there was already an answer to this problem but i couldn't find it when searching through the forums and google.

Do you have the DLL: viewtopic.php?f=99&t=10896

It is not a requirement of any specific mod, but rather a requirement for modding in general. Without it, the game won't load the files you need. Drop it into your game folder alongside DotP_D14.exe and your problem might be fixed.

EDIT: Corrected wrong URL.

Yes i have downloaded the Data_DLC_8192_objectDC.wad and i doublechecked if it's in the Root of the game dir.
The problem is still present tho.

I linked to the wrong thing. I had that URL in my clipboard before I tried to copy the url to the DLL. It must not have copied correctly. viewtopic.php?f=99&t=10896 That's the correct URL. I double checked it this time.

Now all the cards are visible and everything is working the way it should.
