Cannot cast Aven Warcraft (Community wad)

I cannot cast Aven Warcraft it's meant to be an instant but it does not allow it.

It says an ability or spell is preventing me from casting it, but there is no such spell or ability in play, I have tested against 4 or 5 random opponents same issue so i think it's card specific but do not hold me to that!

Have not got to test it's 'threshold' affect yet though, but I would assume that's irrelevant as the instants effect 'creatures you control get +0/+2 until of end of turn' would play and resolve first, i believe, before the threshold's effect is resolved.

The problem actually was the threshold. It was coded in a slightly bugged way. If threshold wasn't met, then the card couldn't be cast at all. This has been dealt with and tested. Sorry for the month-long wait. I've been focusing on Eldritch Moon.
