All Vanguard cards have been updated, including:
-- removing unnecessary protections
-- adding the more info block
-- adding the Vanguard subtype

With these updates, the work on the Vanguard cards is complete. Thanks go to Xander for his help on making the subtype appear in-game. Enjoy!

Fixed an error in PLAINS_CW_410052, which was showing in Deck Builder. It had the wrong text in its multiverse ID block.

I have just coded and uploaded many basic lands including HQ art for each.

I have not duplicated any art. Each land has unique art.

The lands that came with the game did not use the multiverse ID, so I had to look each one up. I have annotated a copy of the deck builder land pools with the actual multiverse ID and set for each.

I've also created a copy of the landpools with all of these newly uploaded lands included. Once these lands have been added to the .wad, I will share the land pool code in case anyone wants to use it.

For those that don't know, the land pools will auto populate your lands in your decks if you use the min lands feature of the deck builder.

The landpool annotations include set name for every single land (and in some cases, I mentioned sets where the lands were reprinted).

The lands that were included with the game were interesting because, in some cases, they included all four Swamps from a given set for example and in other cases, they included only one. The updates I uploaded today should complete any of the sets that were partially included by the original game and its expansions.

The pools used by the Deck Builder will generate a land pool for each deck created regardless of whether the a minimum amount of lands are specified. This is because ALL decks must have a land pool. Specifying a minimum amount of lands is used for fine tuning decks and does not affect the generation of land pools at all.

For custom lands to factor into the lands that can be used for the land pools the Settings.xml must be updated with the custom lands in the appropriate pools.

Understood. It's the Settings.xml that I have annotated so that if folks want to have a larger pool to generate from they may. I'm holding off sharing it until the .wad is updated so that it doesn't cause errors for people.

This was already fixed, but I've been having internet trouble the last couple of days such that Google Drive hasn't been able to keep my computer updated properly. It seems to be mostly fixed now, and Google Drive is actually still re-syncing (I had to reinstall, which means redownloading 25,000+ files). It'll eventually be done (I've got about 1,000 left to go), and when it is, I'll re-pack the wad and that error should disappear.

Is there a way to truly code "Cast CARDNAME only during the declare attackers step and only if you’ve been attacked this step"?

The 13 cards with this text have been coded to be cast during ANY declare attackers step.

We could add a check to make sure it is not your turn, but that really doesn't cover it during a free-for-all match. But, I'm not sure that the step is long enough to do much else. I can add that check to all these cards, but I wanted to ask here if there were any better ideas first.

Is there a trick to granting evasion?

I've coded Riding Red Hare, Riding the Dilu Horse and Sun Quan, Lord of Wu but the granted horsemanship ability is not working. I've tested them with working horsemanship cards like Barbarian General and Shu General. The cards that have been granted the horsemanship ability are unable to block the Generals. I did spot this error, but I am testing quite a few cards, so it could be related to something else:

Although, I am guessing that the above does have to do with Horsemanship since it is the only "fake characteristic" I am testing at the moment.

In addition, I am seeing issues with cards that need to target cards with/without horsemanship. The previously coded Broken Dam, Rolling Earthquake, and Borrowing the East Wind don't successfully target them. In terms of new cards, Trip Wire is not able to target using horsemanship. Just noticed a bug . . .

I was playing a planeswalker-filled deck against AI. The AI played Wheel of Torture.

When those were played, I didn't have any planeswalkers in play. Later, when they triggered, I did and the planeswalkers took the damage.

Is the game defaulting to do damage to planeswalkers when "TriggerPlayer()" is used as the recipient of damage?

Similar things may have also happened with Black Vise and The Rack, because it happened multiple times but I couldn't figure out what was causing it at first.

I figured out my crash issue. First, I thought it was the new version of the .wad. Then I thought it was max deck count. But, actually, the issue is with either deck 31716 Life Particles. It appears to be missing a card:

12/27/2016 1:29:27 PM: Low: Can't find referenced card: SAWTOOTH_LOON_CW_25933 for deck D14_31716_LIFE_PARTICLES in DATA_DECKS_31716_LIFE_PARTICLES

When I put that deck in the game folder, it crashes. When I take it out, it works.

Here are a couple of other deck messages I noticed:

12/27/2016 1:29:21 PM: Medium: D14_131408_SOUL_SISTERS uses a UID that conflicts with D14_131408_LIFES_BLESSING.

12/27/2016 1:29:21 PM: Medium: D14_131419_GROUNDHOG_DAY uses a UID that conflicts with D14_131419_DUPLICITY.
