I also started one on the DotP 2014 wiki page though it would be nice if the modders themselves were actually helping me keep these pages up-to-date.thefiremind wrote:RiiakShiNal started a list like that on the Wiki for DotP2013, anyone can start it for DotP2014 and anyone can update it, that's the advantage of using the Wiki.Xander9009 wrote:Works for me. I was only pointing it out for Junger to keep in mind. How about a sticky thread where links to mods can be collected with dates of last update. That way, finding all the available mods and all the updates would be a simple matter. Or is there already something like that of which I'm simply not aware?
Give it time and we'll have more mods.Xander9009 wrote:Ah, I wasn't aware of that. Thank youOn the 2014 page, there seems to already be a list. Although, with how new the game is, it's not much of one yet. lol
I have to agree with thefiremind here if modders have their own cores then it is no different from your "cluster". So I don't see the point in trying to create something else.Junger Roemer wrote:And my goal at a unified core(no matter if its a single wad or a cluster) is that, making all cards already coded avaibly for everyone also with deckbuilder's that read directly from the wad, also its kind of a first step for my original idea.
This is why we have a list of Best Practices for modders to follow, though since everyone is modding mainly for their own enjoyment it is ultimately up to them whether they follow those best practices or not. Personally I'm going to follow those best practices.Junger Roemer wrote:Edit:Also this way ur deckmanager isnt "blocked" with decks u dont want just ur costum ones u build with RiiakShiNal's Deckbuilder for example (Thx for that one at this point cause i started with it,its very easy way to start with that)
With regards to the Deck Builder, you're welcome.

hey running into some problems. I've heard around the boards that most of the sealed deck tools aren't working since the august 12th update. anyone look into it? I'm now crashing on start up after running your program. Follow everything but for some reason it still after I repack the wad is always screws something up.

Well, you should never edit the official WADs, it is always best to make modifications in a new wad to override the official wad(s).

Any info on a sealed deck editor would be great.
I just need one that works in current multi-player so my mate and I can play together and come up with custom decks.
Cheers!
