Hi Necro

im new here so im not sure if this has been asked before or what your stance on this is but is there any way you can provide a wad download to all of your great cards that doesnt include your prebuilt decks ?

im using riiak's deck builder to make a rather large n hopefully well balanced selection of decks.

Looking at your decks you have a great selection of cards at your disposal that i hope you would be willing to shar

I really don't see the purpose of me making a special card wad. I have written the card lists to all my decks simply download the deck, unpack it and take the cards you need.

Im completely new to modding ,i do learn fast though.

Would you mind explaining how to unpack them please?

Download the tools from here: http://www.slightlymagic.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=99&t=7341

And than just drag the wad file on Gibbed.Duels.Unpack.exe

House Dimir - Rogue's Passage isn't working as a mana source for me.

The "Simic" deck dont work, the game freeze in the loading screen

Did you update all the decks from the first post? If you haven't here is the link:

Just extract it to your game folder.

The simic deck didn't work because Elusive Krasis was given mana cost {1} {G} {B} instead of {1} {G} {U}. This leads to a crash when you try to load up the deck because you have a black card but not black mana. If you go into deck manager and adjust the lands it gives you swamps, avoiding the crash, which is probably why Necro didn't notice. Novijen, Heart of Progress 's ability also doesn't seem to function at all, fyi.

Thanks for porting these cool cards to the game. The decks are really land heavy, but that's why we have deck builder to make our own adjustments.

Wow you are right I didn't notice that mistake with Elusive Krasis but all the same my simic deck didn't crash when I tried playing with it. If you have a card that needs mana you don't have it won't crash your game.

As for Novijen I thought I updated that to a working version. There will be a BIG update by the end of the week so I will do it than.

And my decks actually have less lands than vanilla ones. A default vanilla deck has 26 lands, all the Ravnica ones have 8 normal lands, 4 gate lands, 4 guild lands "dual mana", 4 special lands and 2 Guildhouses which equals to 22 land cards if you count the culestones and keyrunes which do give you mana you have 26 cards that give you mana which is the equal number as vanilla. :)

P.S. If anyone is interested Izy who usually does the testing for my decks will be preoccupied in RL soon, so if there are any volunteers who want to extensively test the new decks please PM me. Perks of the job are very early access to all the new decks. :)

This is not true, I can confirm that if you have a card in a deck that has a mana symbol in the casting cost for a colour of mana that you do not have lands for in the land pool then the game will crash (confirmed on both 3DM and Skidrow versions). Myself and other modders have run into that multiple times.

Than I have no idea how mine didn't crash... :shock: Since Elusive Krasis required black mana and I had no swamps in my deck.

I don't know why it didn't crash for you. I encountered the crash when I was testing a white card for thefiremind in a deck that had no plains (I was trying to test in a {U} / {B} deck #-o ) and Scion of Darkness encountered this same problem when he was working on a mono-green deck and forgot to change the land pool to have forests instead of swamps.
