Option one should be OK, after all you usually don't need to recognize which cards are in your library and which ones are in your graveyard, the cards you choose will all end up in your library anyway. Note that there could be another variant where you don't use a second query and expect the players to choose the cards in the order they want them to be on their library from the first query. I think it would be counter-intuitive, though, and scrolling back and forth through a bunch of cards would make players lose precious time in a hypothetical multiplayer match.
