3. Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord
The ability to return him by sacking a Forest and a Swamp works. However, his mana ability, that is:does not activate. The lands still tap, but nothing happens. The creature is not sacrificed and the opponent does not lose life. At first I thought it was because Jarad was being targeted by Hunt the Weak, but I tried it again later and it doesn't trigger anything.Sacrifice another creature, each opponent loses life equal to the sacrificed creature's power.

Edit: Nvm im an idiot. I had previous downloaded some of Riiaks stuff already so I thought I wouldnt need that little pack you put together, and I didnt have the manual mana tapping is what im suspecting was the problem.
