Hi.

My enemy AI keeps giving Yeva's Forcemage's +2/+2 bonus to one of my creatures for no reason? Even when Yeva has creatures of her own??

Saying that I have seen this behavior before...but you may want to take a quick look at it in case.

EDIT:
Forcemage bug is bit intermittent the ai did start giving its own creatures the bonus from the forcemage, so maybe a one off.

But I have run into another problem. Playing 4 way battle including Tamiyo + ess-nelek sliver hive - tamiyo played 'Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur' reducing opponents hand size by seven, so at the end of ess-neleks turn he had only 2 cards and so he had throw both his cards away and at his end step the ai went dead?? I had to quit the game? The game didin't crash i just conceded the battle.

2ND EDIT:
Another problem found: Animar cast 'Bioshift' and targeted Neforox's 'Child of the Night' vampire for no reason, also it had ZERO counters on it, and then transferred those ZERO counters to Neforox's Duty Bound Dead, and it gave it NINE counters??? So check the 'Bioshift' card too.

When you activate Liliana's Shade from Obedient Dead ability "Liliana's Shade gets +1/+1 until end of turn", you do not get a window that lets you choose how many times you want to activate it, like in Duels 2013. So you have to manually activate it for each +1/+1, instead of all at once. Minor inconvenience.

That it how it is suppose to work. If it were an {X} ability it would work as you described.

Well actually you are right. That's my fault, my bad. I thought about it more on my ride home. I think in paper magic you can activate it as many times as you want before passing priority (effectively making it like an {X} spell). And yea, now I remember that was how it was implemented in 2013.

I checked the 2013 card and is this what firebreathing="1" does when you put that on an ability? That's the only thing I can think of from looking at the code. (Sorry for off railing your thread Grovyle :)).

Just a quick repost (Sorry for double post - but my detailed post above is not very clear!)

'Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur' Reduce opponents hand by 7 - caused AI player to go 'dead' after discarding its remaining two cards.

'Bioshift' Was allowed to transfer ZERO counters to another target and gave it NINE counters??

Also Exalted Darkness had 'Ring Of Xathrid' which was allowed to add +1/+1 counters to black creatures even though it says 'At the beginning of your upkeep put a +1/+1 counter or equipped creature if it is GREEN' This is a mistake surely???

Ok nice one!

I do have alot of downloaded decks so I do get mixed up which cards are from where! But if i find anymore bugs with these decks I will write a quick post (instead of the confusing garbage i wrote above :?: lol)

So.. how can you build the 5 colors deck without getting the game putting 200 basic land card in it? :roll: I'm trying to build one but keep getting the problem :cry:

Basically, I used RiiakShiNal's deck builder: viewtopic.php?f=99&t=10999.

From there, under "Deck Information" set "Ignore Cards with CMC over" to "0" and under the Minimum lands I set a specific minimum for each basic land type that will total the total amount of lands that I want in the deck, so the deck builder will not try to set the land itself and mess itself up.

For instance if you want a five-color decks with 20 basic lands (5 of each color) set the "Minimum Plains" to 5, "Minimum Mountains" to 5, and repeat until you have all the land you want. This will automatically set the amount of land in the deck and the deckbuilder will not try to fill in the rest.

I have made a bunch of custom basic lands, is there a way for me to tell it which islands to use before I create the Wad?

Questions regarding the Deck Builder would be more appropriate in my Deck Builder thread instead of in this thread.

The Deck Builder will choose lands at random from the defined land pools. By default the only lands in the defined land pools are those from the base game (for compatibility reasons), however, you can redefine the land pools that the Builder will use. In the Settings.xml file you will find 5 blocks (ForestPool, Island [apparently I mistyped this one in the code and forgot to add Pool to it], MountainPool, PlainsPool, and SwampPool) that lists the cards that will be used for selecting which lands get put into the LAND_POOL when exporting a deck. Using those blocks you can easily remove, replace, or add entries to have the Deck Builder choose from your custom lands.
