Still stumped on Ipad conversion (After this long)!!

I've converted using the gibbed tools and the iPad compliant tools. It should be working, but cant get it to read on my iPad.
I've been looking at the "Content" order="0". I changed it from "3" to "0" as stated in previous topics.
Just need someone to look over it and point out where I'm being an idiot.
