I have these mods:

decks 2013
Bug Fixes 2014 cards
Riiak Shi Nal's DotP 2014 DLC v2.1
Thefiremind's DotP2014 DLC v10
Custom DLC v1.80 for Magic 2014
Legacy Decks (18 Decks) "it does not work in multiplayer "

But I am not interested in new decks, I just want new cards to use with the deck builder.

All the new cards added by everyone here.. there is not a file that contains all or most of them?

Or maybe a mod that someone recomend me who adds a lot of new cards?

If when you say "new cards" means not official cards, but just new idea, i made a completly new set about 180 cards.
It is Age of Dodekatheon based on Greek Myths.

There is not a single file that contains all of cards people have created. Your best bet is to scour the 2014 forum in search for mods you do not have. There is this page on the wiki but not a lot of people know/use the wiki so it is incomplete.

Here are some good mods that I didn't notice on your list (in no particular order and not all inclusive):

I already saw your mod.. Let me tell you that you did an AMAZING work, each card looks like eye candy. But unfortunately, I am looking for official cards (and only those not banned or restricted) I like the balance. (and I am not saying that your cards are not balance, I dont know.) I play in multiplayer with friends.
But again. The cards that you create looks great.

Thanks, that list help.
The problem with mods is that each mod adds the same cards that we have from other mods or the official game.
So I end with the same card in 6 different mods. I guess this will give me performance issues.

If someone had more mods to recomend please keep sendind.
