Honestly i never plan before what i'm going to do but i can consider to start coding these sets, are you sure that anyone else didn't already coded these sets?

Mindsparker (the creature) does not appear to inflict damage when an opponent casts blue or white instant or sorcery spells. I might have missed it happening on monocoloured spells, since I haven't been using many, but I don't recall ever taking any damage from spell casting when an opponent had one active.
