If you are planning to compress all of the art images, you might consider grabbing the image converting tool I have posted (look in utilities>community wad). It batch converts all images with compression (because I already converted and packed every available MTG image I could find in the Community Art Wad). Also, I have a utility for maintaining a consistent game folder with a google drive folder specifically aimed at making multiplayer easier. If you want to make use of them, let me know and I can give you a simple run-through of how to use them.

About the tool that you mention, is the file name: "Convert Images.ahk" But how I need to use this ahk? it needs to be in the same place of the gibbed tools? How I select all images?

About all the images that you already packed, I am not sure if they would help me, because I dont pretend to change the name of all images and treir XML references. That work would take me months with my free time.

But I am really interested about your tools to make the google drive more automatic and easy to use.
You have steam account or some mail in case I need to ask you more about this?

About the images compression You can use "Gibbed.Duels.TdxConvert.exe" provided with Gibbed Tools. Just follow these steps :

1. First of all download the right file batch here : Gibbed Tools modified to support compressing of images.
2. Put the downloaded .bat file into Gibbed Tools directory.
3. Now to compress PNG pictures just select about 30/40 pictures (no more at same time) and drag them onto batch file.

- If you want to compress TDX uncompressed files you have to convert them into PNG first then you repeat the step 3. To convert TDX to PNG select all the TDX and drag them onto "Gibbed.Duels.TdxConvert.exe" file, it will creates all the PNGs then you have to delete the TDX uncompressed, and start to use the batch file to compress the PNGs.

Yep, that's why I made the tool. It can handle any number (it converts/compresses all images in a specified folder).

That's the one I was talking about, but upon remembering how it works (I haven't used in in months), I should probably write a different one. It'll take about 20 minutes, so I'll do that later tonight when I have the time and let you know.

I'll get the utility a bit more usable (it currently isn't very user friendly at all). It should be ready later tomorrow. My steam name is Xander9009.

Alright. I had 15 minutes to throw it together, and I tested it and it seems to work fine. It's in Community Wad Tools>Working. It's called Compress Images.exe. Drop it in a folder which also contains a folder named Gibbed Tools. The Gibbed Tools folder must obviously contain Gibbed Tools. Drop a folder onto the exe and every tdx in the folder will be converted to png, and then reconverted to tdx using DXT1 compression. All original files are preserved (even the intermediate png files are preserved) by being moved to a new subfolder within the processed folder called Old Images.

Of course, if I want I can do it with the Neo Anderson method, but I would like to learn your way, so is not for being lazy

I download all your "Working" folder, inside working I place the Gibbed Tools folder (with the app inside of course, then there is your misc folder that also contain Gibbed Tools).
Then I choose the Sumomole mod to start, I unpack s61.wad, then I select the "illustration" folder, and I drag it into "4 - Convert Images.ahk"

It said.. Missing Json files, you want to download it? I press yes.
Then a error show:
Error: Failed attempt to launch program or document:
Action <Download Json Files.ahk>
Params:<>

The current trhead will exit.

The system can not find the especific file..
....the lines codes.. etc.

Is like there is not parameters, or that function does not need parameters?

What I am doing wrong?

First of all, you ONLY need the Gibbed Tools folder and the compressing tool, not everything else in the "Working" folder. Secondly, the compressing tool is "Compress Images.exe", not "4 - Convert Images.ahk".

That error is because the file you were using A) doesn't support dropped files and B) does WAY more than just re-compress images (and as such, is expecting a very specific set of criteria which aren't filled). It's one of 5 programs meant to allow me to easily

• Download a list of files which together contain the multiverse id and name of every MTG card
• Download every MTG card image based on any newly processed json files (the files containing the card info)
• Convert those images to .TDX
• Organize the TDX files where they need to be
• Pack those images into a wad file
• Upload that wad to Google Drive for others to access

It's part of the toolset I use to repack the art wad when MTGImage.com updates. You don't need all of that. You only need the file "Compress Images.exe" (If you want, Compress Images.ahk is exactly the same, but requires ahk to be installed. but it appears you have it, so either will work.)

To make it easier, download this zip file, extract it somewhere, and drop a folder onto either of the Compress Images files. I included both the exe and the ahk version. If you have AHK installed, they'll have an identical result. If you don't, use the exe.

Well in your early post I ask you about the "convert Images.ahk" and you told me "thats the one", so I keep that in mind and I dint read that you was mentioning a .exe in your next post.
By the way, I could drag the folder with the previous .ahk, because I had installed the autohotkey.ahk plugin.
