no decks in this conversion just the cards.
riiaks deck builder works for ipad, you just need to set the content pack to "0" in the deck .XML, and convert the images to ipad format tdx.

Riiaks mods are also required like in neos original, just change the .wad extension to.WAD, ipad WAD's has to be in capitols to read it. that applies to any decks that are made too.

Like all mods for the ipad it can cause the app to crash quite a bit. it might take a few restarts but it works along with my conversion of the fireminds v10. some other mods seem to just make the app crash constantly. im running on a jailbroken ipad 2.
