I have to enter the deck manager to remove them whenever I've restarted the game.

Also, there are two versions of Gaea's Cradle, and one of them doesn't seem to work properly (the one named GAEAS_CRADLE_CW_10422)
The other one seems to work as it should though (GAEAS_CRADLE_MM_CW_10422).
Whenever the game tries to load a deck, it will fill the deck up to 60 cards using basic lands. If it's already at 60 (or more), then it will add lands until it can't add any more, which happens at 255. If you want to create a deck with 60 or more cards, you need to open the deck properties and set the -1 to 0 under "ignore CMC over". This will prevent it from trying to add basic lands to the deck when it loads it.

Oh, so that explains it!
Thank you!! :)

Xander, do you mean that it won't add any basic lands to fill up the deck or that it won't add them over 60? In other words, if we set it to 0 as you suggest, do we then need to add the basic lands directly into the deck (rather than using the minimum slots)?

I just tested the non-MM version of Gaea's Cradle and it is working properly. But, I think it is confusing because when you have a non-MM land like this that produces a single color, it won't light up for you to click on it. Rather, it will auto-tap when you need that mana (in this case {G}).

Non-MM lands for dual or multi-colors do light up because it provides you the opportunity to pick which color you want to produce.

I do recommend the non-MM version as the AI can play it. Please let us know if you see any more issues. We appreciate the feedback.

I can answer this. It won't add any cards with a CMC greater than or equal to zero to the deck, which means it won't add basic lands beyond what is listed when you create a deck in Riiak's Deckbuilder. You don't need to "add" any more lands to a deck once you create it, and neither will the game, provided the minimum card count of 60 is reached when you save and export the deck so the game can read it. Letting Riiak's Deckbuilder fill the land slots manually is fine; this just makes sure that the game doesn't try to do the same.

But, say I load 38 cards into the deck list and then on the deck information page I type minimum of 24 swamps with a 0 in the cmc box, will the 24 swamps still appear?

Yes, your 24 swamps should still appear.

Hopefully fixed. It needs tested, though.

This should theoretically have had you choose letters until you spelled out the beginning of the type. Once it had narrowed down to 7 or fewer, it should let you choose the exact type. It's the only way to allow you to choose ANY creature type. Did it not do this?

It is my first time meeting such situation, I will test it again following your instruction.

Bug report:

Prying Questions doesn't do anything.
Quest for the Nihil Stone starts to work only after three counters instead of two.

Both have been fixed, tested, and uploaded. They should appear in the next CW update. Thanks for reporting this.
