Is it possible to play using Commander cards normally, without triggering the commander format?

I don't know if they've been made already, but you don't need Modified Gibbed Tools. That's only needed if you want all basic lands to have the manual mana ability. Riiak let me put the full functionality directly into the CW, but we left that change out since it's a personal preference.

The only cards that trigger the commander format are the 6 commander lands (explained in the commander thread). So whether you mean cards from the commander sets or if you mean ones that specify they can be your commander or that mention your commander, the answer is yes, you can play with them in a normal deck.

Did you register the ID 6000 but use the ID 5000? There's a new CPE (content pack enabler) for 5000 and several decks to go with it, but your registered ID is 6000, for which there are none. Assuming those are yours, just set the registered ID on the wiki to the one you used. I'll test them out. Thanks. :)

NOTE: Modified Gibbed Tools is to allow compressing the TDX images on conversion and has nothing to do with the Manual Mana mod. The modified Gibbed Tools are used by the Deck Builder for both image conversion and WAD creation (as such it is necessary). Though a stripped down version is included with the Deck Builder so downloading separately is not necessary unless the user is creating WADs or converting images manually.
