DotP2014 Unlocking all cards for all decks available?

I started modding 2013. I was learning how to unpack a wad, to change each deck so that all the cards were unlocked so I don't have to sit and play each deck. Is there a way to do this for 2014? Can I just "create from existing" in the deck editor and move all the cards into the main zone?

There are multiple ways to "unlock" all the cards. Using create from existing and moving all the cards into the main would work, but essentially creates new decks. A better option is to create an override WAD that has copies of the original decks in them except with the steam_id_# attributes with an AppId you already have (such as 213850) to unlock the cards, save your profile then you could remove the override WAD and still keep the unlocked cards.

It only took me 2 years to decide to do this so everyone would have easy access to it, but... The Community Wad Public Tools folder now has a zip with the needed wad file and a short readme.
