Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I'm pretty sure it'll be removed from the deck. At the end, it should give you a list of the cards that were removed so you can try manually adding them in the Deck Builder.

Added a new tool for taking multiple decks and the CW and removing any unneeded cards and art from the CW.
