Unfortunately, I have no real clue, as I don't have an iPad to test with. However, after searching out all topics int his thread with "ipad" in the title, it seems the core wad should work as it is without alterations, but the images may not. They would need converted to iPad compliant files using a certain tool.

viewtopic.php?f=63&t=7711Someone says that mods often cause the game to crash on iPad, so I can't imagine the Community Wad would play well with it, but here, he says a deck works on ipad with no special alterations except the content pack must be 0. Note that I don't know if that means wads containing cards must be as well. The CW uses content pack ID 33 if I remember correctly.
If no one else responds here with more knowledge on the topic, you might consider messaging him. He was active just a few days ago.
