Imperial Ceratops won't work

Imperial Ceratops ability to gain life everytime it gets hurt doesn't work. Please help the poor creature to get me the life i deserve...

Fixed. Also, it's okay to make a thread, though it's not strictly necessary. Posting in the CW thread, filing a bug report (see my signature), or posting in the discord (signature again) will all also work.

Xander i did download the latest Community Wad Core file, & the DATA_DLC_CW_ART_UPDATE file replaced them in my DOTP14 folder, Edited my deck in the Deck builder importing the "IMPERIAL_CERATOPS_CW" (hoping that it is the new fixed). Now if you please guide me what else should i do to make it work.

The ART_UPDATE file only contains art files, not the cards themselves. Whenever a card's functionality is altered, it won't show up until the CW updates, which happens on a schedule. It happens every night between 11 PM and midnight EST, which is in about an hour. After it updates, you'll need the new DATA_DLC_COMMUNITY_CORE.WAD file. Drop that into your game folder and that's it. Load up the game and play. If you have the auto-updater set up, it'll update on its own.
