Unbound Flourishing (interacts with X costs)

Good news! The Splice Onto ability turned out not to be impossible after all. I have coded/tested Everdream and Splicer's Skill. Both will be added to the CW during tonight's repack.

We can't copy abilities. I'd have to look to see exactly how entwine is done on other cards, but it certainly seems doable. Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis is possible, but oh gosh, I do not look forward to making it. It's gonna be a tough one.
