Theros Beyong Death (207/254) Cards coded.

Hi

I finished coded THB cards as far as could.

Cards have proper combat animation, timings and Zone Scores where needed (at least where i think it's useful)


HOW to play with the new cards immediately

- Install DOTP 2014 deck builder
- Go to Tools and Generate Content Pack Enabler
- Copy cards to DATA_DLC_DECK_BUILDER_CUSTOM\DATA_ALL_PLATFORMS\CARDS
- Open HEADER.XML and change order to order "99"
- Place configs and text permanents from rar into DATA_DLC_DECK_BUILDER_CUSTOM\DATA_ALL_PLATFORMS\
- Edit DIFFICULTY_SETTINGS.XML to your likings. You can change each of this values for each of selected dificulty in game. I changed 3 value in Planeswalker difficulty to speed up game.
