[fixed/closed]Violent Outburst

Describe the Bug:
Violent Outburst never cascades into anything and will just shuffle your library. After cascade, card seems to work fine.
Screenshot of it removing tons of Black Lotus without hitting any of them.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Violent Outburst never cascades into anything and will just shuffle your library. After cascade, card seems to work fine.
