Describe the Bug:
Keeper of Progenitus does not allow either player to tap for extra mana.
Tested in a clean game for both AI controlled and player controlled.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
