Describe the Bug:
(1) It triggers both during my upkeep, and my opponent's upkeep.
(2) It forces me to search my library, while it should be optional.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
It should trigger only during my upkeep, and ask me if I want to search my library or not.
Perhaps other cards with a similar effect (searching library every turn).

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?At the beginning of your upkeep, you may search your library for a basic land card, reveal that card, and put it into your hand. If you do, you skip your draw step this turn and shuffle your library.
Perhaps other cards with a similar effect (searching library every turn).
