Describe the Bug:
Sharding Sphinx does not trigger off its own combat damage.
Seems to work fine for other artifact creatures you control.
See save to test.
EDIT Bug#2: Sharding Sphinx appear to have the wrong CMC. It highlights as castable starting at 4 available mana, when it should be 4UU.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Sharding Sphinx attacks alone and deals damage to a player, you should be able to trigger it for a thopter token.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

I confirm both,it seems that the highlight as castable doesn't calculate
