Describe the Bug:
Breya, Etherium Shaper 's activated abilities cannot be activated even if costs can be paid

Which card did behave improperly?
Breya, Etherium Shaper

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Her activated abilities can be used if its controller has {2}

open and two artifacts to sacrifice

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed this & no resolution in commit 2c3f45b5. (Not pushed yet due to git issue).
